JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Advise how Kubet system works, answer questions of candidates or Taskers by phone.
- Receive complaints and feedback from Taskers , coordinate to resolve appropriately and prompt solutions for Taskers.
- Monitor and measure the satisfaction level of Taskers; Find out the causes and propose solutions for improvement.
- Make plans and implement plans to care for target groups of Taskers each month, quarterly, and in each period of the year.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Work experience from 1 year
- Good communication and inspiring skills.
- Good analytical and planning skills.
- Have a personal laptop.
