RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
As the Partnership and Rewards Executive, you will have complete responsibility for the following:
1. Rewards program development and management (50%)
- Identify, evaluate and secure reward partnerships that are aligned with customer segment and brand vision;
- Lead negotiations and collaborate with partners to design meaningful and attractive rewards offerings;
- Monitor the performance of each reward program and propose ongoing enhancements;
- Analyze key metrics (e.g., redemption rate, partner usage, engagement…) to optimize the impact of reward initiatives.
2. VIP Customer Growth and Engagement (50%)
- Work with internal teams to build and nurture a strong base of VIP customers;
- Manage and enhance the tier membership program: structure, benefits, upgrade criteria and communication strategy;
- Plan and execute both online and offline activities to increase engagement, emotional connection and brand loyalty;
- Initiate exclusive campaigns or personalized experiences for high-value customers;
- Track customer’s behavior and feedback to continuously refine loyalty strategies and offerings;
- Report directly to the Head of Department, providing regular updates on activities, progress and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Must to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administrations or a related field;
- Having at least 2 years of experience in partnership development, loyalty marketing or CRM roles…;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Enthusiastic and proactive in work;
- Have a personal laptop.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge base of IT domain
- Communicate level of English.
