RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
As the role of HRBP, you will be fully in charge for:
1. Strategic Partnership & Organizational Development
- Partner with department heads and managers to design organizational structures, workforce plans, and headcount strategies;
- Analyze workforce data and performance insights to propose talent development initiatives and organizational improvements;
- Contribute to the development of competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning.
2. People Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR processes effectively: recruitment, performance evaluation, recognition, discipline, and employee engagement;
- Provide guidance to managers on handling employee relations, policy interpretation, performance issues, and team dynamics;
- Support HR initiatives such as onboarding/offboarding, employee surveys, and culture-building programs.
